   PhilHealth Member Registration Form is a system used for registration of new members of PhilHealth. The users can also update and delete their information with the use of PIN or the PhilHealth Identification Number. The special thing about this project is its interface as it resembles the original design of PhilHealth Form.

Description:

   Ocean of Knowledge Grades Management System is a system used to manage the students information, grades and attendance, teachers, subjects and other users. It has three users, the administrator, teacher and students, all of them have designated accounts for the login process.

   Administrators can do the CRUD operations in User accounts, Teacher’s information and subjects. The Teachers can add new students to their section and can also give them grades and record their attendance. The Students can only see their grades and attendance if they try to log in to their accounts.

Description:

   Travelocco is an online travel booking system in which the users can choose different destinations, book a flight, create an account, leave a comment and ratings and it also uses SMTP for the confirmation and for invoice.

   It has client and administrator sides and both have login functions. Administrators have the capability to create, update and delete User Accounts, Destinations, Bookings, Flights and Airports but can only read Comments and Ratings.
